how it works
GLASSMAKER'S SUPPER CLUB
am not a trained cook, but I have done several weekend and day
courses over the years and my friends like my food. My style
is North London fusion - a bit of France, some historic England, a
nod to the Middle East, little dashes of Italy, signs of watching
too much Masterchef and an anarchic approach to following recipes. I
like to add a little bit of theatre sometimes.
to ask to suggest a choice of dates saying who you
are, the size of your group and whether there's anything anyone can't eat.
will tell you where to come and give you my bank details for
payment in advance.
I will circulate a menu a few days beforehand and make
adjustments if necessary.
the day, you come at 7:30 with whatever you want to drink in
The minimum number for a supper is 4 and the
maximum is 8 people (plus myself).
If one person can't come on the day, please find a substitute as I will have bought the
ingredients and will charge you anyway.
If you like the look of a previous menu,

Otherwise every menu will be different, with occasional repeated
elements. Birthdays or themed menus can be planned.
