GLASSMAKER'S SUPPER CLUB
I live in the Fortis Green area
and I like the idea of local people meeting each other. I
am not a trained cook, but I have done several weekend and day
courses over the years and my friends like my food. My style
is North London fusion - a bit of France, some historic England, a
nod to the Middle East, little dashes of Italy, signs of watching
too much Masterchef and an anarchic approach to following recipes. I
like to add a little bit of theatre.
to ask to book a date (first come first served) saying who you
are and whether there's anything you can't eat.
will tell you where to come and give you my bank details for
payment in advance.
will circulate a menu a few days in advance and ask who will go
for the vegetarian option.
