I live in the Fortis Green area and I like the idea of local people meeting each other. I am not a trained cook, but I have done several weekend and day courses over the years and my friends like my food. My style is North London fusion - a bit of France, some historic England, a nod to the Middle East, little dashes of Italy, signs of watching too much Masterchef and an anarchic approach to following recipes. I like to add a little bit of theatre.
